Our Process
Soap manufacturing was never so easy!
Define your product: We can custom develop a new formula for you or leverage an existing one. We work together based on benchmarks, cost expectations, and marketing claim opportunities.
We finalise the formula: Based on the final product brief, the RD team puts together a formula with the right actives and other ingredients.
Sampling process: R&D develops pilot plant samples based on your requirements, with multiple options in perfume, colour and shape until you are satisfied.
Product final validation: Final product prototype validation of formula, packaging, process etc are done thru stability test as well as market research before mass production.
Production and Logistics: Production will be taken up on one of our suitable lines. Our logistics team will ensure the reception of your products and to manage your stock entries. We organize all logistics and facilitate right product placement in the market.
